You will think laterally about how you can best achieve these aims and help to engage people. You will have to think on your feet and respond to changing environments on a daily basis. You will be comfortable delivering to children & young people and interacting with parents/guardians.
You will be joining the most professional and passionate team in the industry and be expected to represent the organisation at all times. Our HAF programmes are challenging at times but extremely rewarding and no 2 days are the same so you will certainly not ever be bored. However, It is not all hard work, we will also expect you to play hard by joining the team at our legendary social events.
