Hunted Corporate Events

Our vision around the Hunted Concept was to use it as a platform to get more people moving. Over time the product has morphed and is a perfect opportunity for organisations to use it to reach their aims from a simple social event to improving company cohesion to instilling the business culture or core values.

There are a number of different options for organisations from designing your own bespoke Hunted Day to joining one of our pre-set events where you will take part with a number of other organisations. No matter which you choose we can help to tailor the offer to ensure that your aims of the day are being hit.

One thing that is for certain is that your employees will be talking about the event for months afterwards.

We currently have the option for organisations to join our FREE Corporate Pilot Day on Friday March 31st at Chopwell Woods.

FAQ

What do we wear?

Whatever is comfortable and you do not mind getting muddy, we recommend layers that you can remove as you will get warm moving around. Some may wish to come in full camp gear with face full of paint, that is also perfect. A full safety email will come out before the event with the weather report.

I am not very fit can I still take part?

Of course, it is for all fitness and mobility levels, for those that wish to run around the woods you can, for those that are happy to walk, no problem and if you want to find yourselves. good hiding place and watch the hunters walk past that is no problem either. For those that would rather take it really easy you can join the call handler and support from HQ.

Can food be provided?

Yes, we supply drinks and snacks but we can organise fully catered events and even places to go after the event to celebrate your day and socialise. At time of booking our Events Director can help with everything.

Can we personalise the event to our organisation?

Yes we can personalise just about everything, from branding the tasks to the maps, creating you your very own corporate hunted kit and of course branding HQ for you.

Can the tasks be bespoke to our organisation?

Yes, we can work with you to understand what you want from the day and design this around the outcomes you are expecting. Your focus might be a team cohesion day, or focused on leadership or just a social event we can work with you to make sure your needs are met throughout and after the event.

Does the weather lead to cancellations?

Only in very extreme cases and mostly because of wind. It would be very unlikely to be cancelled due to rain or snow, the only other issue may be forest fire or lightning but we should be made aware of this well in advance.

Is it safe?

As with any outdoor activity there are some risks. As of time of writing we have never had to administer first aid at an event and we have worked with thousands of people. That doesn't mean that injuries will not happen. Full risk assessments are undertaken by AF and Forestry England prior to events and full safety briefings are provided and safety will always remain our primary concern.
