Free Play

Children learn so much through play such as making sense of their surroundings. In sport by removing play opportunities we are doing children a huge disservice. Virtually all sport’s provision is now adult led and we want to give some of this back to children.

Our Free Play offer is to provide children the opportunity sample and play as many sports and activities as possible. This will be done in a safe environment where our expert coaches are on site to provide parents with the comfort of knowing their children are safe. However, the coaches on site are not there for coaching but purely from a safeguarding aspect. Your children get to choose their own provision and this might be to play as many different sports as they like or even some old fashioned chase games. Our hope is that we ignite a love of sport in all children regardless of athletic ability. Your child may find a sport they had not considered before and we can help provide a pathway for that new found love.

There are no contracts, free play is a pay as you play offer. Sessions typically cost between £2-£4 to help cover venue and coach costs.

Below is our current venues offering free play. Our sessions are usually oversubscribed but please fill in the expression of interest form and one of our specialist will get in touch to either add you to the waiting list or provide you with a place.
