WHAT IS IT?
Active Future has been established to increase the likelihood of lifelong participation in movement. What we know is that by aged 16, 80% of children and young people have left movement and sport never to return again.
WHAT WE KNOW IS THAT IF THE FAMILY MOVES TOGETHER THEY ARE FAR MORE LILEY TO CONTINUE.
Having ran family Nerf Events at our Open Days it is clear that the grown ups have as much fun as the children so we have decided to open this amazing fun activity to the whole family.
To take part you just need a minimum of two people and a maximum of five and at least one of the participants must be an adult. It would be amazing if we could get people from all three generations taking part.
